Softer than toffee, saltwater taffy is similar in texture and preparation to St. Catherine’s taffy. However, it has nothing in common with the maple taffy served on snow in sugar shacks. While it does take water and salt to make this taffy, no actual seawater is used in the process! Each candy is individually wrapped, so it’s easy to slip a few in your pocket or purse. No matter what colour you pick, you’ll love the delicious taste of this taffy.
