Product of durum and soft wheat milling, white all-purpose flour, as the name suggests, is just as good to bake breads or pastries.
Use a cup for dry ingredients (not for liquid ingredients) to measure you flour and then use a knife to level the flour across the measuring cup. Avoid scooping a measuring cup into the flour bag or shaking it because you might add 30 additional grams of flour per cup!
