Marjoram
Marjoram often forgot in favour of oregano, is part of the same plant family. Its taste, more delicate than oregano and slightly bitter, is reminiscent of a combination of mint and basil.
Add marjoram to your dishes after cooking because, as most herbs, it doesn’t resist prolonged heat.
Marjoram can replace oregano in most dishes.
