Parsley, fine herb grown throughout the world, is very popular in Mediterranean cuisine. Often used to decorate food, it is usually sprinkled on dishes to give them a touch of color. It also wonderfully flavor sauces, stews and broths.
Use 1 tsp parsley flakes to replace 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
