The meat tenderizer helps tenderize and enhance the flavor of the most economical meat cuts.

Use 1 tsp of tenderizer for 1 lb of meat. Pierce meat all over and sprinkle its entire surface with tenderizer. Let rest for thirty minutes in the refrigerator before cooking.
