Whole pink pepper
Also called "false pepper" or "pink berries", pink pepper is a very fragrant fruit with a delicate sweet taste. Its taste is not peppery at all! Pink peppercorns are actually the ripe fruits of a tree called Schinus.
Add this pepper to your dishes after cooking because it doesn’t resist prolonged heat. Also, mold pepper at the very last moment so that it keeps all its flavor and properties.
Since pink pepper can clutter pepper shaker, grind it with white or black pepper.
