Allspice

Allspice is a warm and generous tasting spice blend that doesn’t contain anise. This blend from China, while still sharing a common base, varies according to local traditions and regions.

Use allspice at the beginning of cooking and add it in small pinches because of its strong taste of clove and nutmeg.

Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, Jamaica pepper, fennel
