The Greek spices blend is delicious when used to create dressing for Greek salads, but can also serve to prepare a marinade for pork, chicken, beef or fish. Even add it your hummus, tabbouleh or your tzatziki and you'll feel like you are at near the Mediterranean Sea!

To create your own dressing or marinade, mix together 2 tbsp of Greek spices, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
