Ground ginger
Ginger is the root of a plant belonging to the Zingiberaceae family. When ground, it stays fresh longer and contains more antioxidants. Its flavor is also less spicy than fresh ginger’s one.
Sprinkle ginger sparingly on your dish after cooking.
The taste of ginger goes well with a wide variety of main dishes (meat, fish, vegetables, etc.) but also with desserts.
