Minced garlic
Avoid peeling and chopping garlic cloves by using this dehydrated minced garlic. Its flavor is stronger than fresh garlic which makes it perfect to season meats, sauces and even salad dressings.
Use 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of dehydrated minced garlic to replace one finely chopped or pressed garlic clove.
